The unit is tiny, light, really easy to work with, and if you look at the big picture it's absolutely brilliant. When I calibrated it using my IM client's inbuilt configuration utils, I had to wind the microphone down to it's second-lowest setting to avoid deafening my mate at the other end of the chat. The mic is very sensitive, almost too sensitive at times. The image is very high resolution and very crisp, and yes, it has a microphone built in. But until that day arrives, this is certainly a top-line choice for any travelling exec or salesperson.

At the rate they are shrinking the chips and CCDs, pretty soon this unit will become redundant, all the same features will be presented, wireless, as a small stick-on patch you can place nearly anywhere.
